This particular sun-room consisted of the demolition of an existing smaller room. The new addition has Harvey rolling windows, AZEK decking & railing.
The interior is outfitted with a high efficiency split ac & heating unit along with natural slate tile flooring and a natural T&G pine board ceiling
This addition consisted of removing an existing deck and wrap around walkway, then building an enclosed sun-room, exterior deck and new wrap around walkway.
In the first photo to the top left, the double window was removed to allow for a new Harvey sliding door to be installed, along with Harvey rolling windows all around
The sun-room is heated with an electric fan forced heat unit and has porcelain tile flooring
